The papers you may ask for
Every one of these is a document we can hand over, not a promise on a page. Ask for any of them and it arrives.
Before we start
A written offer with fixed prices, valid for as long as the office set, and a contract that names the rooms, the rhythm and the price. Before the first visit you get the schedule and the name of the person who will be standing in your building.
While we work
A monthly proof per object: who came, the hours really worked, what was done, and every complaint with the day it was closed. It is on your own page, and it can be printed as a PDF or taken as a table.
Afterwards
Invoices that name the order they belong to, and a data-processing agreement for the personal data we touch while we clean. Your proof stays readable for as long as the law asks us to keep the papers behind it.
Every document carries the number of the order it belongs to, so what stands on the paper and what stands in our books are the same thing.
What the people who clean for you are paid
A cleaning company is only as good as the people who come back to the same building every week. That is why we say this out loud.
Nobody here is paid less than 15.00 an hour, and the wage groups stand in our own books.
- Everyone is employed with a contract and paid through the payroll - nobody here works as a fake self-employed person.
- The working hours follow the Working Hours Act, and the office sees them in the same plan you see in your proof.
- The wage groups and the rates behind them stand in the settings of this house, not in a notebook in somebody's drawer.
Your data
We keep the names, the addresses, the hours and the complaints that are needed to clean and to bill - nothing more. Nobody gets your data from us; it is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Where a member of our staff has to touch personal data in your rooms, you get a data-processing agreement before the first shift.

The people you will actually meet in your building, and who answer when something is wrong.
