For hotels

Hotel rooms, ready every morning.

One morning shift, a plan in writing, rooms ready by the hour you agree - and a named person to speak to when something is not right.

What we take on in a house

Everything that stands between a guest and a room that is ready - and the parts of the house a guest walks through without thinking about them.

Guest rooms

Check-out clean, stay-over clean and the turndown in the evening: beds, bathroom, surfaces, floor, and the last look before the door closes.

Guest bathrooms

Every fitting, the shower and the bath, the mirror without a streak - with the colours of the cloths fixed, so a cloth from the toilet reaches nothing else.

Public areas

Lobby, reception, corridors, staircases and lifts: what every guest walks through and nobody thanks anybody for.

Breakfast room and terrace

Tables, chairs, floor and the glass around it - cleared, wiped and ready before the first guest comes down.

Laundry and linen

Dirty linen out, fresh linen in, the count written down; guest laundry collected, washed and returned.

Glass, deep cleaning and one-off jobs

The glass of the house on a rhythm, and the work done once or twice a year: mattresses, carpets, curtains, and the places behind everything.

One morning, written down

A hotel morning has a shape, and everybody in it knows where he stands. This is the shape we work in.

These are the times our hotel clients work by. A house that needs another rhythm gets another plan - and it stands in the offer, not in a promise.

07:30 The house tells us the day: arrivals, departures, stay-overs, rooms not to be disturbed, rooms out of order.
08:00 The plan is published: who cleans which floor, which rooms, and by when. The same plan is in the hands of our people and of the house.
08:00 - 10:00 The work runs room by room, to the written checklist.
10:00 The rooms are ready. What is not ready is named, with the reason.
10:00 - 10:30 Our supervisor walks the control pass and looks at what was cleaned. A room that is not right is written down at once, with its number.
11:00 Everything the control pass found is put right and closed before this hour.

Every room, eleven steps

A room is not "cleaned" - it is worked through, in the order the trade works.

Our people work to this checklist, and the colours of their cloths are fixed: red for the toilet, yellow for the bathroom, blue for furniture, green for the kitchen. That is how a cloth from the toilet never reaches a table.

  1. Air the room - window or air conditioning - and put it back the way you found it.
  2. Take out: room service trays, rubbish, dirty linen and towels.
  3. Tidy: guest belongings to one side, cupboard doors closed.
  4. Put the cleaning agents on in the bathroom first and let them work while the rest of the room is done.
  5. Make the beds - fresh linen for every new guest, and the mattress checked.
  6. Clean the surfaces: dry first for the dust, then damp - and the edges nobody looks at.
  7. Restock: minibar, consumables, bathroom supplies, crockery.
  8. Clean the bathroom: toilet, shower and bath, washbasin, fittings, mirror.
  9. Vacuum and wash the floor - under the bed and the mattress as well, the room before the bathroom.
  10. Take the waste out and put fresh liners in.
  11. The last look: everything works, nothing was left behind, nothing was missed.

What a hotel gets from us

  • A named supervisor for the house, reachable in the morning.
  • The plan in writing: who comes, which floors, how many rooms, and by when.
  • Every room accounted for: what was cleaned, and what was reported.
  • A complaint about a room reaches the person who cleaned it, with the room number - and it is closed the same morning.
  • Anything a guest forgets is written down, kept and handed over, with the room and the time.

Tell us about the house

With the numbers below we can work out the morning and put a price per room in writing. Nothing is stored beyond your enquiry.
