Services
Commercial cleaning in Hannover does not only mean mopping floors for us: depending on the property, office cleaning, stairwell cleaning, window cleaning or practice cleaning come on top - bookable on their own or as a package.
Maintenance cleaning
What it includes
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Wipe surfaces, tables and workstations
- Sanitary areas: WC, washbasins, fittings, mirrors
- Kitchen and break areas
- Empty bins and clean containers
- Stairwell, corridors and entrance area
- Refill consumables when they are provided
The rhythm follows use and public traffic: 1x per week, 2x per week, 3x per week, 5x per week, so daily. For every area we put in writing what is done and when.
Glass and frame cleaning
- Windows and glass surfaces, inside and outside
- Frames and window sills
- Doors, partitions and glass facades within reach
Ground floor and all surfaces that can be reached safely without a scaffold or climbing aid we clean as part of the normal order.
Higher surfaces only after agreement with safe access. What cannot be reached safely is not done - we say that before, not afterwards.
Accessibility: Interval: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or once a year. Also as a supplement to the running maintenance cleaning.
Basic and special cleaning
Construction and refurbishment final cleaning
After construction work, refurbishment or a longer break in use, so that the property is usable again.
Photo documentation
Photographed before and after, if you wish. In disputes about defects that is worth gold.
What is agreed separately
So that there are no surprises, this stands in the quote.
Access and times
Keys, alarm system, cleaning times outside business hours. All in writing, so that nobody has to guess.
Consumables
Whether paper, soap and bin liners come from you or from us, we settle that beforehand.
Special requests
Carpet, facade, outdoor area, disposal of larger quantities: tell us at the site visit, then it stands in the quote.

Hotels and accommodation

Once to five times per week is usual. You set the rhythm - we say what makes sense for the area.
Who works for us?
Permanent, registered staff with properties they have been trained for - no changing temporary helpers. Working hours and jobs are documented in the system.
What happens if something is not right?
You report it, we follow up: complaints are recorded and worked off in the next visit. For cleaning according to a service specification we keep checklists.
