Cleaning for businesses, practices and offices in Hannover. Here is what we sell, and what it costs.
What we sell, and how it is counted
- Maintenance cleaning: a fixed plan, counted per square metre and month. How often we come is part of the price.
- Glass and frame cleaning: counted per square metre and pass, inside and outside as far as we can reach safely.
- Basic and special cleaning: one deep clean, counted per square metre, agreed in writing beforehand.
- Work by the hour: small jobs, and everything that is not a surface.

The rhythm is part of the price
The same area and the same work, only the number of visits changes. Shown on Büro und Verwaltung.

From 500 m² we take off 15 %, from 2,000 m² 25 %.
What is not included
- Materials and consumables beyond what was agreed: we bill what we use.
- Special cleaning such as construction or carpet cleaning: its own offer.
- Winter service, gritting and the removal of grit: its own offer.
- Work above safe reach, and anything outside what was agreed in writing.
All prices are net plus 19 % VAT.
This list is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer. The binding price comes with the written offer, after we have seen the property.
